Bowman Technology reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds. Since all sales are final, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Each request is considered on a case by case basis and determined by Bowman Technology Group.
If a Estimate/ Deposit/ Invoice is paid for parts the customer will be provided the items they paid for. (Bowman Technology cannot accept responsibility for delays in shipping, ordering, or backordered items.) Once the items are in possession of Bowman Technology Group they will make every attempt to ship or deliver parts to customer within 30 days.
